1. Delivery Time

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

For orders within Türkiye, the estimated total time from the order date to delivery is 5–15 days. Domestic shipping within Türkiye is free of charge.

The delivery time shown on the order form is an estimate and may vary depending on logistics conditions. The stated timeframes do not exceed the legal maximum of 14 days.

Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays or events of force majeure. Customers will be informed if this happens.

2. Delivery Address

Orders are delivered to the address provided when the order is placed.

If the address details are incorrect or delivery cannot be completed, the person who placed the order will be contacted. The buyer is responsible for any delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address.

3. Email Verification

Once an order is completed, an automatic confirmation email is sent. This confirms the email address provided by the customer.

4. Shipping Fees

• Domestic shipping within Türkiye is free of charge.
• The buyer pays international shipping costs.
• The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and local charges that may apply to international shipments.

The seller is responsible for ensuring delivery is completed properly, both to the customer and to the banks and financial institutions that provide the payment system.

5. Shipping Fee Waivers

Customers may qualify for free shipping under seasonal promotions, depending on the order value. This will be specified in the terms of the relevant promotion.

6. Failed Delivery

If the recipient cannot be reached or the parcel is not accepted, the product is returned to the seller.

• Reshipping within Türkiye is free of charge.
• For international orders, the buyer pays the cost of the second shipment.
